Really great to catch up with the Kombi Chronicles Willow and Lee
If we had been better at arranging we could have done it at Keith's Field.

I'm sure, like us, you were worried about the fast diminishing food for the ever growing brood. Fear not, Mrs D popped to Co-op. Hey presto a cabbage tree!

    Any one at Tatton today?
I went primarily to pick up a fuel tank and some bits from Schofield.
Ogled some desirable vehicles etc and by chance met Simon aka daisey showing his slammed bay.
He was 100% bubbly as always..has apparently swopped over to Madri now and work is stacked out!

I loved this late 1600 fastback
Classic through and through. I once had an early white one with a red upholstery.
Seen in the background are Mtuft with doggies and a slammed Daisy.

I know this isn’t Antiques Roadshow but we found this when we were clearing my late Mums pantry. It’s stamped PLATINE (platinum) and has lots of little diamonds, apparently. Not sure what to do next, I’m guessing a visit to a jewellers. It does still work by the way, keeping good time so far.

Go somewhere trusted. Those Medana platinum watches fetch serious money £1- 25k depends on the diamonds but from what I can see it’s tiptop and just needs a very carful clean. Antiques roadshow would be my destination. A real find and a cracking Swiss movement!

No. My grandad did and my dad was a massive fan of Louis Armstrong. It’s for dad really but with a nod to grandad too. My niece designed it. My bro and his kids have one too.

I count 42 diamonds, most are tiny but the two where the strap links to the body are relatively large. The best thing is that none are missing. I’ve not seen another exactly the same for sale, but it seems to be 1930s, they are described as ‘cocktail watches’. The clasp is stamped ‘Raleigh Made in England’, maybe it’s a replacement, there is a number, 1519, stamped on the back of the case.
