Yesterday I began the 'pilgrimage' part of my sabbatical. I'm visiting all the cathedrals that have played a significant part in my journey, and presiding at a service in each. First stop St Paul's Cathedral in London which was surprisingly quiet at 6am!

It has a 700 watt starter motor and a hand crank which is just usable as a kick starter but you would smack your hand on the woodwork..

 

Same size just less cocoa solids and more filler in the outside. But the trouble with the pre takeover old Creme Egg I tried a while back was the fondant was rock hard ..

This morning I visited the church where I worked 15 years ago. Always loved the funky 60's design but it was a nightmare to maintain!

Waiting for the winch at Gaping Gill and noticed my tally tag number was quite apt.
