View from the gate this evening.

 

I used to work at the top floor of Fort Dunlop in Brum.

The top floor is all glass walls and sits on top of the original roof, but stands maybe 10 feet back from the edge with a raised metal box that’s runs the length of the building.

They had sparrow hawks regularly pick off pigeons and leave their heads on top of the box section….estates had to go full harness and dayglo working at height action man, so only got out there once every couple of weeks.

It was interesting coming in each day to various dead friends, maybe 8 feet from your desk

 

I believe they're a delicacy in France

 

Thank you. I’ve had this 7 years now. This year, in March, it becomes a ‘Classic’, so no tax or MOT needed.

 

Early Sunday evening walk with the pooch. Just a 10 minute drive from our new house.
