  8. HS2 - flying over a road near you soon....brilliant engineering, each section is hauled forward along the gantry and dropped into place. Road stays open.

    It's wee bit pastel for a narrowboat which tend to be on the garish side but it looks ok on your photo?
    Nice finish, it's all in the prep. :)

  20. it’s not quite what I was expecting tbh. It’s Bethnal Green and I’m undecided. It does match with the green in the boat name so that’s ok. At a later date I may paint stripes across the roof to break it up a bit. I was going for a lighter colour green as didn’t want to go cream.

    Unfortunately due to time constraints the prep has been bobbins on the gunnels and hand rails but I fear I’m running out of time and weather. I could have done with an extra pair of hands to do prep for me :(
