Drilled out a broken washing line hole with a TCT core drill to insert a piece of broken Laser dinghy boom. So the sunshade we put in there doesnt wobble all over the place about to hit us on the head...


Drill got stuck when it filled up with slightly damp concrete dust. Stopped turning but wobbled slightly so I had to attach a wire to the drill and pull up hard while running the drill on hammer not rotating pushing down on the drill while pulling up ..found the Wickes SDS Plus drill has a safety clutch too so I dont have a broken wrist..

 

In between showers project!

 

The leaded glass is posh for a pigeon coup?!

 

You should have gaffa taped the sunshade pole to the stuck drill...that way were it to rain you could have switched on the drill and the vibration would have cleared the water.

It’s the TLB way.

There is a certain breed of cow which can turn aggressive, can't remember the name and what with pumping them up with steroids is not helping ....So walkers beware ...mainly cows as a rule will ignore you or will turn away scared of you if quickly approach them .

If they show no fear of you and follow you persistently be Aware ,especially if you have a dog with you

 

We don't keep pigeons down south, they live in London. This is a garden room for the wife, well, one section is. The other is theoretically going to keep all my tut in and give me space to pull bus engine apart.

The breed to be aware of are the Limousin and the Charolais cows .
Some farmers around are way have got rid of them for there aggressive unpredictability .

I don't! But my spare is on the front. Every bus I've had with the wheel in the back had one though, the older types with a metal catch and a nylon spacer thing that stopped it wearing on the wheel and protected the paint on the wheel.

Nice try though.

 

Drat! My spare is going on the front when I pick up my bull bars from a mate's shed in Essex. For now it can go in the original place but I was chuffed to find I had the straps.
