Seats???

OK... I'm sure the answer to this question is gonna be simple but I'm a girlie so be gentle with me!!

I want to change the driver n passenger seats in my '76 bus... and after trawlling around muddy scrap yards all weekend, I'm even more confused than when I started, as how do I know if they'll fit?? ???

unless they are from a bay then they wont just pop straight in

 

I know they'll need a little adaption work n coaxing but are there any in particular that I need to look out for??

You will find that most car seats are too thick in the seat pad

 

Tell us which seats you like the look of and what they are out of, chances are someone has the same ones and can give you an idea what's required to fit them.

 

lots of people go for saab seats and if your shorter than 6 ft they are pretty good and fairly easy to fit

 

LOL... I've got expensive taste... cos I like BMW 7 Series leather ones with arm rest... but PIE is probably right... its prob too thick in the seat pad!!
