Seat track

The drivers side seat track (near the door) was removed from my bay when i got it, because the wheel tub/arch has been replaced. The other seat track is still fitted (looks like it hasn't been off before) but its on a slight angle, is it supposed to run on a slight angle or straight?? if fitted like this there will be a slightly bigger gap between the bulkhead and the seat on one side? is this correct?

 

I have the feeling that they are slightly angled.

 

The driver's seat is angled in slightly, so yours is correct. Just need to match the angle with the outer one.

 

... to make the seat point at the wheel and pedals...

 

I don,t have a wheel or pedals LOL
