Hi guys , anyone know how to remove seats from the runners so i can remove the runner to fit new seats. They're not bay seats but i assume the principle should be the same?
slide as far forward as you can then there is a little triangle shaped 'stop' this is spring hinged, flick it up with a screwdriver and the seat slides forward more and off the runners.
Normally you can slide the seat as far forward as it goes to unscrew the back bolts from the van, then as far back as it goes to get the front ones. Turn seat upside down and do the same to remove the bolts from the seat and take the runners off. Easy
