Seafood mods..

I like to put a chillie vinegar on to my seafood..
Anyone else mod theirs..?

 

Chili vinegar on jellied eels lovely jubbly

 

just vinegar.

 

Should I stop going to restaurants that offer red or brown sauce , it's called greggs

 

Marmalade on Fortunes kippers from Whitby.
Mussels cooked with Roquefort and Sauternes.
Garlic ginger thyme and fresh chilli with chargrilled fresh mackerel.
Lobster mayonnaise with Sancerre.

 

Do they all come with chips and mushy peas?

 

Not likely.

 

Squid stuffed with lug worm, is a great cod bait...

I can’t go beach casting... I live too far away from the sea...
