I registered on prototype bay before I realised there was a late bay forum back when I was looking to buy a camper (and indeed Clem was advertised on there despite being a late), and so periodically over the last two or three years I've had a message from the mysterious 'Journey', some of which have been quite 'forceful'. I think I queried it on here, and it might have been @Ozziedog who said Journey was a relatively new member and was shaking things up a bit. The reality is that hosting a decent forum, with unlimited space for photos, links, and big archive etc costs decent money, and without a big sponsor or a benevolent 'owner', it will now come down to donations from the users. Hopefully we have got it right on here, donations suggested at £10, no pressure to contribute if you're just an occasional user who dips in and out a few times a year etc? prototype bay had a bit of a makeover a few years back, maybe the host changed and it now costs more to run? It would be a shame if it were to disappear.
