Is my bus broke because loads of people on here and other sites say that they sway all over the place they will change lanes on the motorway mine must be a wrongun because mine is a better drive than the wife's french bag of marmite or the disco i had last or the focus i had before that the only thing that stops me from driving her all the time is petrol prices. A car that can bring a smile and make the grey matter work more (fixing and welding) is not a bad thing also it is ecologically sound apart from the thirst for petrol these cars were made by blokes with strong backs wearing leather lade rhosen carrying a big spot welder no computers sucking the eclectic out of the ground they have a low carbon foot print. I have no sway away have no swaying problems at all i have put all new breaks all around couple of wheel bearings and had the tracking done she drives better than a new car I lover her even more :hippy: :hippy: So is my bus broken
The "normal" cars you have driven must have been really *****ed, or you are seriously deluded, or camper overwhelmed into thinking that a bay steering box gives you any positive feel whilst driving. They were Marmite from the early days! The somewhat wind assisted wanderingness is part of their charm!
i foregot to say that my tracking has been out by loads since i got the bus so have only been using about 40 mm of the tire as my racing slicks will tell you so driving peaches now is a doddle she goes round corners now and doesn't try yo put me in to the central barrier on the motorways. she is however trying to fight me because trackrod end dust covers need replacing and ball joint ones too. i must overcome these things ;D 8)
