I don't know about you but I just got home and down our street quite a few houses have bunting out the front of them. So I felt the urge to join in.

Come on guys I would've expected more of you to be in the mood for this jubilee.
I am going down to London this weekend to see the Queen on the river Thames plus see if I can get a big screen for the concert outside Buckingham Palace. I have found a campsite within the M25 which with public transport will take 40 minutes to get to the embankment

The Queen has changed her plans for the weekend, she's coming to Croyde with us for The Big Sunday event.

She's all set to camp!

I'm afraid it's all rather a non-event down here in the colonies :-

 

i'm not a royal fan but i'm two faced enough to have a day off for free if one gets married pegs out or wants to brag she's old, luckily they're cracking on now so maybe in a year or two we will get another freebie.

 

we've got bunting and flags up inside the house we have a bbq, picnic and a party to go to over the weekend.
