We watched him setting up his own small pyramid stage at Stonehenge festival, I saw Hawkwind a few times, but couldn’t always remember that much about it the next day, never mind 40 odd years later… I never forget Stacia though, a large lady, dancing at the front of the stage just wearing some paint.
