There are some amazing feats. I used to live in Wapping by Tower Bridge and the London Marathon came past there twice on its circuit. Occasionally in the days after the marathon I would be walking to or from work and see somebody still trying to complete it showing amazing determination in the face of extraordinary difficulties.
