i suppose this would be down to admin really but i have been trying to research my vans ownership and tbh have had very little joy , apart from the obvious dvla and the limited amount of info they can supply . So i wondered if we or and earlybay could have a registration section , where we could log details of our vans , just a short history of our ownership headed by the reg number . it might make a interesting source of info for future owners , then again i suppose it could be open to abuse by people who ring vans etc . On the other hand it may be that it would require a website of its own and could encompass all vws , i'm waffling - what do you think ?.
It would also make an interesting resource to would be "cloners". (I made that word up!) I know theres loads of reg's on here anyway but I wouldnt add mine to a specific resource. Just my 2 penneth.
I prefer "ringers" to be honest, just wasn't quick enough! I know all this info is available anyway, but I wouldnt want to make it more easily accessible.
It would be interesting (ish): No doubt about it! Just not convinced its a good idea. Not a problem though as those who want to use it will do so; those that dont wont!
