So, I have a new bottom bracket and want to refit the slider on Funkyard. I'm not quite sure how to get the roller back into the slider groove? anyone done this/got pics?
I have done it a couple of times, but no pictures. Top roller in slot first..then slider at 60-70 degrees to van.. first bottom bearing in then rotate door towards van(towards normal slid open position)and the second bottom bearing should roll in. Then hang it on the sliding rail. Easier with 2 bods. (this information may not be factually correct and I/we accept no responsibility at all for any damage to self or vehicle)
Get someone to help you i did mine on my own and struggled those doors are heavy with the glass fitted
