Does anyone have any recipe ideas which I could do while I'm away in the van. I'm not a cook so they need to be fairly foolproof and possible to cook with two gas rings. I'll be shopping every day or so, so I'll be able to buy most things. I'd like reasonably healthy meals and I can't stand cheese of any description. Any suggestions gratefully received.

The great thing about been away in the van is you can experience new foods ,markets ,food in restaurants ... yes when I am away, it's a short menu beans out of tin Raviola out of a tin Paella out of a tin... sausages (french) beans and bread... sausages ,egg and beans... Raviola and sausages... eggs and bread... Live dangerously...
Depends on how long you are going away for. . I tend to make up batches of curry and chilli, that sort of thing I can freeze and keep in the cooler until I need it. Usually it's defrosted before I need it. Local shops have plenty to keep you going....
That Joe Wicks lean in 15 book has got some good easy 15 minute meal recipes and we've enjoyed all the ones we've done so far
Half the fun is finding new tastes and enjoying. Take your basic herbs, spices and HP sauce etc and you'll knock up wonders with the local ingredients you meet. I'm jealous already I love experimenting in different countries...
Boil up veg of your choice...drain said veg...chuck it in a pan with your prefrered Patacks sauce.... eat it whilst drinking beer.
