    Its a 2litre. My slowing down on hills and that of a 1600 are miles apart but on a long incline it will lose a few mph.

    Mate the fact is - it is down to you, tp gives you ten drops that need 18 hours to do, you don't do them all - end of!

    1600cc twin dellorto's cruises nicely at 60, can go faster but why bother. Get 20-25mpg. Quite happy if that remains the case.

    If you are referring to my drops in a day post Steve, my point was,too many drivers don't think " hang on that's a bit much" they simply boot it and get stressed out. Simple answer is do what you can do legally and if you can't do all the drops the stress is then on the TM not you!

    when you consider the type 2 was only ever designed to carry Bradwurst, Schnitzel, and members of the Bader Meinhoff gang, i think the old dear manages quite respectably, what with superfluous camping paraphernalia, well-fed middle-class families and their menagerie.
