Mine doesn't have them and can confirm it didn't have them from 1978 - wonder where they went and why!?
they where an option on certain models to aid torsional stiffness to the vehicle - centre and side belly pans where available!
I did see that one, and laughed at the price. Great example, but £££. I could now potentially get the one in the OP for £7600. I would want the rust sorting asap... do we think £2k is acceptable to sort all the bodywork out? Who is Joker... is he a trader? The Moonraker ticked all of our boxes and we loved how practical the conversion is, but I'm not turning a blind eye to others.
Whats you location as I'm sure somebody from this site would be willing to take a look at that bus with you.
joker is a member on here who also imports busses, there is a link on his signature to his current stock, he is a decent chap and wouldn't rip people off that's why he is being recommended by people.
