You know, Marco, when I was filming Tenko, I had my pick of the nuns. Big nuns, small nuns, nuns the size of my hat.
The "five boys" was an advert - I think it was one boy in various stages of deprivation of wanting and then getting a Frys bar of chocolate.
Just been out @Baysearcher , loads of smiles in Giggleswick, its all hanging out in N0b End, South Lancs, and you wouldn't want to know what's happening in Hole of Horecum, over in North Yorks Moors.....
I'm sitting here having a brew and watching my cheapie BnQ barbecue rust marginally quicker than my bus. Oh, and who was it who first named Baked Beans 'Shirt Lifters'. I think it was my Uncle Charlie from Bracknell
Shirt lifter means something else where I come from. Incidentally just watched nigella making a cake. Fascinating.
I will have you know that during this thread I Went to town and bought shoes. Took the Mx5 top down and drove 5 miles to collect will from school, went to the neighbouring town and watched Will do cricket training while sipping coke in the pavillion, came home had tea and drove to Blackburn and back. Today we will hopefully drive 15 miles up to Bridgenorth drop the dingy in the river, load it up with camping gear, sail 7 miles downstream to our island. Camp the night and sail home tomorrow. And hopefully ....We will still be talking drivel on TLB
