I think you'll find that not only are there no carbs - there's no inlet manifold either.

 

Yes there is - you can see the choke elements and cone airfilters

I would buy it ,nice dash /dormy interior, looks a tidy engine tax exempt ,nice tyres ,what it not to like....?

I would get it on the road well within a couple of weeks and probably spend under a grand...
