..... How much usable metal is there going to be underneath this window!? I'm hoping there is at least something I can line up against so putting the window back in isn't an ultra pig!
Depends on your definition of ‘useable’ If by that you mean handy to recycle into coke cans then i suspect quite a bit looking at that pic.
It's nowhere near as bad as I feared...... Most of the rot is on the level section where moisture must have collected over the years. I need to make a new corner for bottom right and top right..... But apart from that it's not too bad. Some small sections to sort. I reckon a good long day cutting and welding, another day in prep and paint, then onto the next one! Result!!
