parts i.d.

  1. is it safe to assume that the parts i got wiv the bus from previous owner cannot be genuine voltswagen as i cannot see any co. i.d. / mark on them , also , bus came with twin dells fitted, how to tell if gen. or copies ? thanks for any help >steve

    I believe (don't hold me to this) that the copies aren't imitiations so they wont pretend to be Dells, so if they say Dellortos then they 're likely to be Dellortos.

    Re the Dells - if they've got DelOrto written on the side, they're Dells.
     
  5. 4 headlamp rims , 1 V.W. front of vehicle badge , , nothing at all on them re manuf. one gearshift assembly (assume origional due to shape etc etc ) thing is i"d sell em , pass them on to interested ? parties but would prefer to be able to provide a real genuine description to avoid upsetting any purchaser, thanks for advice people
     
  6. Generally, if it's original, it will have the VW logo and part number on, as you say.
