On having a tidy up in the garage and at work, I have found the following items that are no longer needed/required etc. A Pair of engine mounts for a type 1 motor taken from a 1973: Nothing wrong with these - I put these in a safe place & promptly couldnt find them again so I had to buy new - they was in my parts corner at work! They look okay, the rubber doenst look like its perished on either one so they should be okay for a few years! £15.00 including postage for the pair A genuine VW (not copy) Front Bumper from a 1973: This is a genuine front bumper & not a pattern one (thicker metal), it does needs a strip down to bare metal & repainting and possible some filling work as its got a few suspect areas, nothing bad but a bit of fettling will sort! £25.00 collected due to its size Pump up type washer bottle, again from a 1973: Genuine VW/Helphos pump up Screenwash bottle from a 1973 - Ive just checked it for leaks & its okay, nice and clean looking with no sludge built up in the bottom. £25.00 plus postage (as Ive no idea how much it would be)! All items are located in Notts/Derbyshire.
I'll have to look at my bumper see if its better than mine think mines quite battered. Also would be interested in the window repair. How much for postage as it needs to go to my restorer? Thanks
