Heard about this one - I understand that it's still in the "prep" stage so will be interesting to see how the website progresses. I may do a day visit as its only 6 miles from me.

 

We're working on the Friday but will be down first thing Saturday so save us a space.

Its a pretty good show ground as well, been to the country show and steam fair, and been to see the monster trucks there as well

 

Give it a go, i cant see it being a problem, its the size of your average park in there, and they have only started advertising it this week

If your staying over theres and Indian restaurant about a 5 min walk from the ground called Voujon where the old Orsett cock was, it is probably the best Indian we have had, it makes our local look like a mcdonalds, recommended to book before though, the kebab van on that roundabout is pretty good as well

 

yes ok sat and sun as it is a nice place

 

Only the other side of Chelmsford, I might see what I can do, could always change my shifts and drive over lol!

 

Ok I've sent them an email asking for TLB camping for 10 vans. I've also asked if TLB members can have tickets at the £10 their selling them for at Volksworld.

 

Hey up! I've just had a reply from Caroline from tomie and they will be happy to give us a TLB area and will also let us have tickets at the discounted price of £10 each for the weekend.
