It wasn't that long ago we has some PSO's not jump in to a lake to save someone didn't we? Bit harsh though that first one where the drowning swimmer was as accounted in the article, out of the water. I suppose if someone had drowned on the area the lifeguard was supposed to be patrolling then he would be in the doo.
I guess he did the right thing though after somebody came up to him and said somebodys drowning and him being a lifeguard : What a terrible precident to set
