Oldest tool/appliance..

    They are amazing, my Mum had one for decades and used it almost everyday I reckon. I was a bit miffed when I found out that she had chucked it out with all the accessories; I'd have had it for spares for mine. I'm sure my mechanically minded grand daughter could keep it going to its centenary:)

    I’ve got an old Bosch 24v SDS battery drill that must be about 24 years old and is still going strong with original batteries one of which lasts longer than the other but still ok

  12. My grand father's spirit level which I still use - he died in 1949.
    It still has the original 1930s air in the bubble
