The engine clapped out ages ago. She hasn't moved under her own steam for 8 years, but I managed to get hold of a 1600 out of an old beetle which will hopefully be used once the resto is complete. Unless I go for a scooby, which I'm considering.

Turns out the engine dying when it did probably saved my life as there was so much rot in the chassis, the only thing keeping her together was underseal.
