Oh no not more rods

I can hear my wife saying it,
ive got more carp rods than the local fishing shop, but I've just found a pair on eBay that I really must have , the fella is in Sheffield so I might be doing some serious grovelling to the lovely Alex @Merlin Cat if I win them as he won't post, you know I've always liked Manchester United

 

What are they?

 

He's bought a pair of Mods ,but don't tell his wife

 

Century Armalits 2 1/2 Tc, I used to own a pair, best rods I've ever used

 

Do they come complete with scooters?

Oh now I get it................I'm old senile and slow................so the trouble on this forum is between the MODS & The Rockers.

We went through my Dad's fishing stuff a while back, he had loads too, including the first rod I bought as a kid, the old Sealey cane rods we used before that, some Hardy Richard Walker (mk4 or 5?) 10ft carp rods, etc etc. He kept them all hidden away from mum in the garage.

Are the walkers split canes?

 

Mk 4 carp rods are worth a bit now probably up to £300, my first ever carp rods were a pair of Gerry Savage, 10ft and glass fibre
