Ok, so it's not a holiday but because there are a few pictures and there's even the "pretend" seaside i thought i'd stick this here. I've been a bit fed up recently for reasons that don't need discussing on here so i'm really glad i didn't SORN the van at the end of October as planned, the weather is mild for the time of year and so while the roads remain unsalted i'm using my van when i can. As a kid my nan and grandad used to tell me we were going to the seaside and take me to Blithfield Reservoir, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blithfield_reservoir as a kid i thought it was great as there was icecream and boats and even though it's only 10 miles away i never really knew it wasn't the sea, so i decided to drive around for a few hours today and end up there and walk Millie and eat icecream, i stuck £20 in the van and drove around the local area and then headed over for my icecream, the weather was great today it's hard to belive it's November the 6th!, here are some pictures hope you enjoy them, it really lifted my spirits getting out in the sun and remembering the good times from my childhood, thanks nan for sending me some sunshine today. 8) It's amazing how low the water level is, it's been a dry year for sure!. Millie looks on.... And the eyes got me..... And now the star of the show..... I've had a lot of cars, but none that have changed my life and made me smile as much as my bus. Those of you working on yours, this is what you're missing, but you already know that.
