  1. Any recommendations for a weekend spot for a young couple in North Wales. their first Camper trip. Somewhere wit pubs / civilisation close by would be good.
@kev you were touring the area when I bumped into you I think?

    hello mate
send them to anglesey they cart go wrong there
  3. Sounds good thanks
  4. Anglesey here, what do you want to know?
Treadur bay, Rhosneigr, Benllech all fit the bill and have beaches too
  5. Aberdaron , just wonderful , great site reviewed below :)
  6. i recommend you dont go to dinarth farm site in rhos on sea!
  7. Been there a few times , cheap and cheerful plus massive camping field , near to Llandudno and Conwy , what's wrong ?
  8. a few years since we were there so to be fair its probably changed, it was just in general really, toilets/showers were a bit manky, launderette ate my money, staff a bit surly. weather was sh1t aswell which clouds my judgement! youre right though, its cheap and a huge great huge field - however we got plonked right next to a bunch of chavs with barking dogs!
i probably shouldnt of said "recommend dont go there" as it wasnt BAD as such!
  9. I'm lookin for a northern Wales / north west England site I can pitch my awning and van alongside tents and possibly a caravan. It's for a reunion / 40th birthday. Finding it hard to find a site you can pitch all three close to each other Any recommendations guys and girls

  11. If you don't want to travel far simon - you could try Formby Point Caravan Park. We did it when we were trying out the interior for the first time - not far to go home if it didn't work!
