That could be a bad battery connection or a dying battery... as well as a starter motor and the ignition switch... maybe all at once..
Its most likely the wiring connections at the starter motor/solenoid are corroded and need glass papering back to bright metal. and often its the battery terminals corroded and the battery earth connection to the body needs removing, scraping back to bright metal. As said, the battery may be dying after being left uncharged for so long. Maybe its time to get a new one.
