Newbie in Bedfordshire

Hi everyone....

Completely new to the Vw Campervan scene and been told best place to get some good information would be on forums, we have bought a vw t2 79 panel van conversion camper with pop top and it is need of a little attention with regards to body work mainly gutters, doors and front panel.

I have no experience of welding so really I'm looking for local trusted restorers to carry out work have visited retro custom and panel Kraft in bedfordshire area as these are local but seem to have waiting lists of 2 or more years for such repairs ...

Any help and recommendations would be much appreciated

Welcome rob. Lots of good people on here. I'm just about to buy a mig and teach myself to weld. That might be a cheaper and more satisfying options.
