New member in Stockport

    My 76 Devon has just taken me to Islay Scotland and back.. 650 miles without a breakdown (yay!) and we had a great time.
    I’m newly joined the forum (couldn’t join before).
    I was new to VWs last year

  2. Loved Islay and Jura.. hit it on Whisky Festival week, was going yo try islands above it this year but we thought it would be midge season now!

  19. Aaah! The familiar elation of returning from a long road trip without breaking down. I like to follow that up with a show of assured confidence that there was never any doubt in your bus’s reliability and then imposing guilt on your Better Half for even thinking there was a possibility of failure.

    Says the bloke who had to repack from van to car at the last minute and just spent the weekend in a tent while his van was grounded at home with an electrical fault.
