I've been waiting for the in laws to sell me this, they've owned it for 14 years, it's done 145k but has been driven so carefully it's on its original clutch! So I'm expecting that to go any time soon, huge history file, never wanted for anything, got to be one of the cleanest least ragged examples around for its age.
It's the complete antithesis of the bus, very quick and wonderful handling, big smiles :)

  2. Looks pretty tidy and a future engine donor for your bus!

As its a turbo there'd be more room for plumbing/cooling in the pickup, would be a flyer then :D

  5. Heard changing the clutch on one of those was a nightmare job?

  6. Infact I think I saw it on wheeler dealers.

It is, but there's a great specialist in Buxton, he did my Legacy a couple of years ago for reasonable cost considering I'd destroyed the dual mass flywheel as well.
I only paid £1500 for the car so if the clutch goes soon it won't be the end of the world if it cost £400ish, or it's an engine donor and break the rest, it's had the brake/wheels upgrade, stainless exhaust etc :)
