Nearly Noddied!!

Doing a Christmas Fayre with my horseshoe stuff today and they're playing a Christmas CD, I'm filling with dread every time a song finishes. Surely it's only a matter of time

 

That's it, game over and I'm out It sneaked in after Shakin' Stevens!

Thursday the brummie git got me

 

Got winged in town. Apparently kids were hanging stockings on the wall as I came down stairs in a shop. "Jesus! I've gotta get out!" and high tails it through the door. Thankfully it was my mate's shop and he was understanding.

 

Your lasses are well hard if it was as parky with you as here.

It was freezing but the good ladies are Wisbech are indeed a hardy bunch.

So far I’m still in the game, but I’m going out tomorrow afternoon to do a bit of smash and grab xmas pressie buying in Milton Keynes. So I suspect by tomorrow evening I will have been done.

 

Well I don’t know if all the shop workers have rebelled, but not one single store was playing Christmas pop music. The only festive music at all was in Burger King and they were playing traditional Christmas carols sung by a choir.

It was actually less risky than the radio in the end.

 

It's a close shave but as the first few bars came on the radio I hit the off button

 

I'd happily be Noddied if it meant I could avoid hearing this tripe.

 

I actually quite like that one.
