My T3

I have been into T3’s (as they are called here in Australia) for about 20 odd years.
This is my current one that I have owned for about 10 years.
Had to get a fresh motor about 2 years ago after the previous owner put power steering in.
You needed to change from the single pulley to the triple for the extra belt. They didn’t use the longer bolt.
End result was a flogged out crank and a loose pulley that couldn’t be tightened.
Anyway- fresh rebuild with a NOS crank, 1.4 rockers and a chip.
It’s a Caravelle C 2.1 L auto.
Recaro LX seats on VW swivel bases.
H&R lowered springs with 2” shorter shocks all round.

We get out and about a fair bit with this

 

Now with new stripes!

Whilst I like the yellow , it had faded badly and it’s too hard working all those different angles in that belt line. Especially under the door handles
