That chassis rail looks a bit crusty Hows the rest of the bus? I only ask as ive seen a fair few busses that have been in great condition from the rear torsion tube forwards but the back ends are proper rotten I wonder if theres a reason behind this Dude do what you need to get an mot and get out and use the bus I started chucking stuff in the skip and cutting out cosmetic rot years ago and wish i hadent
yeah man, i poked one side of it and the other side moved quite a lot!! and the rest of the bus is actually surprisingly good, its had a few patches in its time but nothing major there is a small hole just inside the N/S/F arch but apart from that it only needs work from the torsion tube back.. it would be interesting to find out if there is a reason for that.. and yeah i plan to, i was gunna prep/paint the engine bay and tinware before putting the new engine in but i can drop the engine out anytime to do that, so im just gunna weld up what it needs and get it going!! because otherwise il start getting anal and it will take a decade to get it on the road.....
