Looks nice,almost the same as mine,mine has the extended bumper front with the spare wheel in a fibreglass box,i also have the rear side cupboard in the boot. I got the same gas heater but no westy box,got the front table. Mine has double glazing on the rear and side windows. Is you fridge and heater working? I got manuals for them if you want? I can send them by mail. Its cool u got a helsinki,mostly berlins around.
Hi Clive both work ,but to be honest I haven't heard a great deal of positives for using them, so the few times ive had her camping ive used the trusty coolbox and halogen heater ,if iam paying for electricity by the day I try and use as much also 4 x ipods,chargers etc,thanks for your offer though. gary
Thanks the colour it was 1st seen in 1975 on the super beetle ,rabbit and scirocco it was then only used until 1976, I always get a comment on the paint and most people are surprised that metallic paint was around that long ago, I also think Porsche used a very similar colour around that time on 911,s. gary
Hi I didn't put it on, it was put on two years ago in Slovakia ,it is stuck on plastic I believe, looks like chrome and fools most people ,not sure of the width or where you would get it. gary
