My 73 devon (a work in progress)

Engine all in and tuned up and test drive complete. It drove spot on with the exception of the scat shifter which I hate and will be swapping for a standard gearstick. The engine pulled well and the brakes felt good. Everything felt tight and there were no knocks or bangs anywhere. All in all a good test drive. The van is now back at home.





The next thing on my list is a biggie. I want to have a go at changing a few of the rusty panels myself. I have never used a welder before, but I've ordered the t2 haynes restoration Manual and I'm going to give it a smash. Only one way to learn!
