So I assume these tyres will fit the standard 14” Steels for my bay with no mods needed ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Sort of, not the same as the old method of remoulding it’s now the same method as used on aircraft tires hence they now comply to the same standards as new. Same for lorries Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Will you all please stop posting pics of off road tyres. On the basis that high is the new low I’ve being resisting the temptation to raise the suspension of my crew cab and fit some big and gnarly off road rubber. You’re not helping me resist the urge to raise it up. Something like this.. Stirlingmoz
Well I started this thread so on that ground I declare that you are not allowed to fit off road gnarly rubber to either your crew cab or anything else you were thinking of fitting ribbed rubber to So stay low my friend and leave the Tonka toy experience to the ones who have already succumb to such silliness Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Who knows lol Joking aside I’m glad others are interested in the off-road utilitarian style for bays.
Are those mud tyres going to work in snow though? They’re not marked up a snow (m&s) or snowflake logo? Better than smooth tread pattern I guess, but maybe not as good as pukka snow tyres?
Mud tyres don’t work very well in snow All terrain tyres work a lot better I’ve yokohomo geolanders on the daily and they have been great in the snow and have very good road manners on the tarmac. I now prefer them to bf Goodrich all terrains They just don’t look as hardcore
