So there was a hose with water to flush it that doubled up as a cold water bidet, all mod cons really. I wouldn't have expected a towel to be provided as well, a hygiene issue.

 

For @poptop2 that is a luxury spacious en suite sleeping area

are you 100% sure it was the campsite toilet? having looked at the pic again, I'm beginning to think it looks more like some kind of altar, or maybe one of those story-telling areas for children
