I'm not too upset I guess - I would be more upset if I'd paid upwards of 10k for the bus - as it is some repairs are inevitable and always were - just been having some welding done the chassis to replace the rotten rear inner valance. My old van never sailed through an MOT with welding being needed and steering issues and that one also failed on headlights once (despite passing the year before with the same WRONG lights!)
I had a set of ball joints at one time - not sure what I did with them, probably went with my old van... anyway got sorted for relevant parts - everything to be done next week including an extra spot of welding in wheel arch which I was going to get done later - may as well do it now!
