Mot fail or not?

Got mot on Friday and noticed the other day that when changin a wheel last week that there is a slight bit of play in one of them. Is this a fail or not?

 

depends on how much is slight and if it's the front or back wheel

 

Very slight and it's one of the fronts.

 

It's only a two minute adjustment, and will prolong the life of the bearings
