Just having a couple of beers & some fresh prawns before dinner.

 

Bleurrgh just having the first coffee of the day dont think it will mix with prawns.

Good morning all. Bread making today!

 

That reminds me we finished the loaf so time to make another.

 

We're decorating biscuits with chocolate buttons and sparkly bits.

 

I'm making 8 loaves today, experimenting with water and oil to get the best result for our new bread mix launch.

 

I use a half n half white and wholemeal flour, oil (veg or sunflower),water, sugar, handful of mixed seeds and yeast. Stopped adding salt as there's enough in everything else.

I take it your a proper baker then.

 

Proper? Me? Nah!
I just know how to do it so I get all the good jobs, haven't baked properly for 20 years or more. My forte is the milling of the flour.

 

To be honest I cheat and chuck it in a machine
