He'll be home in a few days I expect. I don't think they can send you home direct from ICU so you get to bounce briefly on a ward bed on your way out. That was my experience anyway.
Moons is now off of all the tubes etc and is eating well again. He’s got a lot of rehab coming up to learn how to do things again but sounds like he’s being Mr Positive about it. It’s all moving in the right direction. Cheers

Much to my surprise Moons phoned me last night. He’s in pretty good spirits all in all and focused on the recovery ahead! I passed on everyone’s best. Cheers
