FOR SALE Mk2 Gti seats- price drop Now free (or beer)

two mk2 gti seats, half leather, alcantara centres. Signs of wear and a bit grubby but usable as they are or get them retrimmed (like I was planning to).

I had planned to run these in my westy but swmbo doesn't like them hence they are for sale.

One seat I've removed the golf height adjuster mechanism and bolted on og late bay runners so this can be fitted to your existing rails- just slide the old seat off and slide this one on. Super comfy and exactly the same width as a bay seat. Base is approx 1" lower than a stock seat when fitted.

The other seat is unmodified but I will include all the bay rails etc you'll need to fit this one in the same way. Some surface rust on these parts but will clean up nice.

Do you know how much it is to re cover them ...quite like the fact they just fit straight away , but just the wrong colour .

 

@Faust I'd not got any quotes yet but it'd cost you a few hundred quid I expect.

Updated the thread title, yep sick of tripping over these, so free to anyone who can pick up before sat. Well, free or a pack of Stella maybe?

I've used the bay runners to fit my new mx5 seats so this is just the gti seats on their own. One completely stock, the other with the base modified to mount late bay runners.

 

I guess these have gone now buddy?

 

If not can I have them please?
