Hi all I am having a mega clear out of my VW Beetle and bay treasures to help fund a decent mig welder purchase. Please don't wreck the thread as before because although I love the craic and you guys I really want this to run properly as there will be so much to sort out.

Re this glove box lid. I have a pm saying it may have been a gift to me from someone on this forum. so as I stupidly can't remember, I will reiterate my first post in this thread. If you need it and you are skint or just in desperate need, it is very negotiable even free to member of this forum - not free postage ( I am not that generous) yet even that is possible if you are in need. it can be collected or you could arrange tlb courier. thank you to the person that sent it to me, I have forgotten and thought it was from another stash I had. sorry.

pict 34 carbs I think. There are numbers I will have a look.

 

Re choke control units. the only number on them is 78 I have no idea of these fit all or not. as far as I know they are single solex pict 34 control units. that I am pretty certain came off a 1600 engine. Does anyone know the spec of choke units?

 

Just to let everyone know. these bits will only be up for a while as I need them shifted and will be e-baying them some time next week. So let me know asap and I will hold back stuff you want if you need time to fund it.
