Maybe ours was a proper Danbury conversion?!

Danbury bought pannel vans and converted them. Cheaper.

 

They did plenty of kombis too. Mine was a microbus. They weren't all panel vans. I'd have guessed it was a Viking initially. That interior looks very t25.
