Crikey ..... A legend indeed . I'm not really into dance but ... I remember seeing a Glasto set on the tv maybe 12 years ago and they went on just as the sun was going down and WOW ! They were on Glasto in 2002 I think it was. Just at the right time with the sun going down. Seem like the whole field was dancing. Deffo a festival highlight.
RIP another great artist gone. Insomnia has got to be up there as one of the greatest tunes of the modern Dance music era.
Saw Faithless twice and both were fantastic memorable sets. I even had to wait through Morrissey supporting on the bill once. We Come is my favourite live track. Still listen to them a lot now. A sad loss, and 65 is nothing
I remember them and love their songs and energy. next door neighbours (a good few years younger than me) had a late night party and absolutely blasted out insomnia and others - transcending the generations. RIP
